Bio

Tom has an extensive background in the retirement industry, starting from 1992. He specializes in meeting the needs of institutional clients by providing effective plan design, investment management, and participant education for both qualified and non-qualified retirement plans.

Prior to co-founding Procyon, Tom worked at the FDG Group at UBS, where he was an integral part of the Institutional Consulting and Retirement Plan Consulting Groups. He also gained valuable experience in the Retirement Financial Services division at HSBC Bank USA, where he was recognized for his innovative plan design strategies. Tom’s expertise and contributions led to his invitation to serve multiple cycles as a member of the company’s prestigious President’s Council.

Tom holds a B.A. degree in Economics, which he earned from SUNY Stony Brook. He has also obtained the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation, further demonstrating his commitment to professional excellence.

Residing in New York with his family, Tom enjoys golfing in his leisure time. He is also an avid supporter of his three children’s sporting events, actively participating in their activities.
