Melissa Dittrich

Melissa is an expert in client support and leads our client services team with her 20 years of experience in client management. She is dedicated to providing positive client experiences and building strong client relationships through effective communications and quality evergreen support.
Melissa has also served as Vice President of Employee Benefits at ACBI, Inc. She began her career as an underwriter at Sun Life Financial. She later transitioned into a client management role, where she developed a passion for client services and its high value.
Melissa graduated from Western New England University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She currently resides in South Windsor, CT, with her husband Christopher and two daughters, Lena and Vienna.
