Katiria joins Procyon Benefits with 10 years of health insurance industry experience. Through her experience she has become a benefit expert who understands the importance of educating members on benefits, claims and insurance processes.
Prior to Procyon, Katiria worked at PPI Benefit Solutions as a Benefits and Billing Client Administrator. In this role, she worked closely with employer groups, brokers, and insurance carriers to assist with trouble shooting, problem resolution and ensuring repeat business. Katiria also previously worked as a premium auditor for NEIS conducting audits on workers compensation and general liability policies. Katiria’ s attentive nature and willingness to go above and beyond helps foster genuine connections and relationships that enhance the client experience.
Katiria graduated in 2009 from Post University with a bachelor’s in biology.
In her spare time, Katiria enjoys spending quality time with her two children and fur babies. She enjoys staying active by exercising and playing basketball.
