Bio


Jeff brings a wealth of experience in guiding the wealth of both individual and institutional clients through various market cycles, starting from 1999. As a co-founder of Procyon, he has played a key role in the firm’s establishment and success.
Before joining Procyon, Jeff worked at the FDG Group at UBS, where he held multiple positions, including Senior Portfolio Manager, Wealth Advisor, Institutional Consultant, and Senior Retirement Plan Consultant. Prior to that, he spent a decade at Merrill Lynch, serving as both an advisor and a resident director responsible for overseeing a team of advisors in an office.

In addition to his financial expertise, Jeff is also a decorated veteran, having earned his B.S. degree from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy. He furthered his education by obtaining an M.B.A. from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA. Jeff holds several professional designations, including Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®), and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®).

Jeff’s commitment to the financial planning profession is evident through his involvement in various organizations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Financial Planning Standards Board, where he oversees Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designees. He has also served on the CFP Board of Directors and held the position of President of the Financial Planning Association’s Fairfield County chapter. Furthermore, Jeff shares his knowledge and expertise as an adjunct Professor at Fairfield University, teaching undergraduates about financial matters.

Outside of work, Jeff resides in Tennessee with his wife. He has a passion for soccer and enjoys participating in all water sports.
