Marc’s diverse career has always focused on ensuring client satisfaction. As Director of Business Services at Procyon, he oversees a team responsible for managing various non-client functions, including marketing, finance, technology, human resources, real estate, and compliance. Additionally, Marc takes charge of strategic multi-year projects, cross-functional reporting, and provides ad-hoc strategy support to the larger organization.
Prior to joining Procyon, Marc worked at Bridgewater Associates as a consultant, where he specialized in technical writing, supporting dev/ops teams, and documenting processes. Throughout his career, Marc has held management positions in retail management, led operations for mid-sized financial firms, and provided marketing, administrative, and technology services for start-ups in the healthcare, technology, and finance sectors.
Marc holds a B.S. degree from Syracuse University.
With his extensive experience in various industries, and his dedication to client satisfaction and strategic planning, Marc plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of Procyon’s business operations. His expertise in managing diverse teams and projects adds value to the organization.
Outside of work, Marc and his family reside in Westport, CT. In his spare time, he enjoys cycling, skiing, gardening, and even indulges in baking the occasional sourdough bread.
