Jim Jeffery is a highly experienced financial advisor with a deep understanding of financial and capital markets. He specializes in providing financial advisory services to senior living organizations and high-net-worth families, drawing upon his extensive expertise.

Jim’s involvement in the senior living industry began during his tenure as Executive VP & Head of Underwriting at Herbert J. Sims & Co. He developed a keen interest in assisting Life Plan Communities and Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) in creating investment policies that effectively balance their assets and liabilities. With his direct experience in underwriting, structuring, and re-structuring CCRC bond issues, he brings a unique perspective to his clients.

Driven by his mission to prioritize client interests, Jim aims to build a private client advisory and senior living consulting practice that upholds high standards of integrity, performance, and personalized attention. He places great emphasis on delivering value-added services to his clients.

Jim holds an M.B.A. from New York University and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation, demonstrating his commitment to professional excellence.
